Kate Anderson is a fashion stylist and editor based in New York City. Her work in jewelry has ranged from red carpet styling to helping clients build collections, source one-of-a-kind gifts, discover vintage and contemporary pieces, and design engagement rings. After completing her GIA certification, she apprenticed with Lauren DeYoung of the DeYoung Collection, a sixth-generation vintage and antique jeweler.

The Jewelry Parties was inspired by Kate’s work with private clients and a desire to bring collectors closer to the people and pieces shaping fine jewelry today. As trunk shows and shopping events filled her calendar, she saw the need for a more considered way to follow the jewelry event circuit and created a curated social calendar.
